This online course, entitled, “History of Islam in America” is instructed by Dr. Selden Harris. Dr. Harris is a professor and seminary graduate from the Coptic Orthodox Theological seminary. He has researched Islam extensively since 2000. In this course, examines the history of Islam in America, the significance of the Islamic faith, the covenants Prophet Muhammad (s) made with Syriac Christians, how Muslims came to America in the 1600s, and many other interesting discussions.
